Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM)

The implementation of the AGCOM project may trigger some concerns, disputes, conflicts and grievances. All grievances and feedback related to this Project will be treated equally without prejudice. The potential users of this GRM include beneficiaries, stakeholders, contractors, consultants, suppliers of goods and services, project related workers, citizens and the public.

Alternative Grievance and Feedback Reporting Routes
